Damian RoutleyFounder & CEO
Damian Routley has more than 15 years of experience in the digital advertising space. Prior to founding Glow Digital Media in 2008, he served as Client Services Director at TradeDoubler, a UK based provider of digital marketing services that serves over 138,000 publishers spanning 18 countries.
Earlier in his career, he worked as Group Director at The Search Works, where he oversaw the paid search and SEO strategy for a diverse range of clients, and before that as Account Director for Enhance Media, an online provider of SEM services for blue-chip clients, such as T-Mobile, PwC, Capgemini, and AXA.
MonaHead of Operations
Mona Parmar has worked in the digital advertising space for over 7 years. Prior to joining Glow, she spent years helping clients at both TradeDoubler and Search Works achieve success with their digital campaigns.
At Glow, Mona is responsible for the on-boarding of new clients, working with them to achieve success with their Facebook campaigns, as well as educating them on Facebook best practices. She also works closely with the product and development teams to identify client and market requirements needed to help shape the product road mapץ
Harel Malka has been working in the software and internet industries since 1996 as a developer, systems architect, producer, and technical strategist, helping many companies reach their successful product launch. He has held positions in San Francisco, Tel Aviv, and London.
In 2003, Harel founded FreeCRM.com, a successful online CRM application, and co-founded the internet telephony start-up Kadoink in 2006. He also worked on projects for the BBC and Social Services. Harel joined Glow in 2009 to lead the technical arm of the company and is the architect behind the Glow Machine.
Lorry DestainvilleProduct Development Director
Joining Glow Media in early 2013 as a Product Development Director, Lorry brings with him an unparalleled expertise in social media marketing, having established his reputation working for some of the major platforms in the social space.
With broad experience in digital marketing, Lorry has worked for both MySpace in Paris and Facebook in Dublin. Combining his expertise in Facebook’s advertising solution with his aptitude for understanding customer business problems, Lorry became the natural link between Facebook engineering / product leaders and their biggest advertisers in EMEA
